London Open House Festival

Every Year, London hosts an Open House Festival, in which all 33 boroughs of the city participate. The main purpose of the festival is to open up and celebrate the city’s built environment. During the festival, buildings and other sites across London are open to the public, so that Londoners and visitors can explore them for free. Apart from the built environment, the festival also features numerous cultural events, such as singing and dancing.

The Chinese Mutual Aid Worker’s Club is participating in this year’s festival as a constituent of Westminster City Council.

The Club will open its premises on the 13th and 20th September (Sundays), between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, for visitors to learn about Chinese Chess and traditional Chinese musical instruments (such as the Erhu and Guzheng).

Visitors will be served with Chinese tea.

“开放日”节

2026年9月12日至22日

伦敦每年都会举办“开放日”节，全市33个行政区均参与其中。该节日旨在向公众展示并颂扬城市的建筑环境。活动期间，伦敦各地的各类建筑及场所将向公众敞开大门，让市民和游客能够免费参观探索。除了展示建筑环境外，节日期间还会举办歌舞表演等丰富多彩的文化活动。作为威斯敏斯特市议会辖区内的一员，华侨互助工团也将参与今年的活动。

工团将于9月13日和20日（均为周日）上午11:00至下午3:00开放其活动场所，欢迎访客前来了解中国象棋及中国传统乐器（如二胡、古筝等）。

现场还将为访客提供中国茶。
